This was the scene on June 17, 2012. Nixon's Deli caught fire, causing The City Salon to suffer the consequences. The fire damage was great, and the clean up process was something hard to forget, but the salon picked itself up, dusted itself off, and moved on to bigger and better things.

The City Salon re-opened it's doors in a new location after a fire in the adjoining Nixon's building on Broadway left smoke and water damage that could not be fixed. Thanks to the help of employees, customers, family, and friends the salon packed up and moved into the new location at 2705 Woodrow Dr. Fully redecorated the salon has 4 hairstylist and 2 nail technicians offering varying services. We are handicap accessible with a ramp leading into the back of the establishment to make it easy for all customers. All of our stylist and technicians take pride in their work because of this we strive to make sure that every one of our customers leave happy with the service(s) that have been provided to them.
